Oversee and direct the activities that support and strengthen relationships with our existing agency partners as well as the recruitment of new agency partners. Drive tangible channel revenue where applicable and intangible value (awareness, influence partnerships, etc.) through the agency ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant agency experience, some of this time serving in a business development capacity and will also be creative, entrepreneurial, highly organized, and well versed in a broad range of video-related technologies. This person can develop a strategic go-to-market agency plan, evaluate inbound inquiries, create outbound partner opportunities, negotiate and close business relationships directly and collaborate with many internal functional groups (sales, marketing, account management). This person can also converse with Directors, VPs and C-level executives with equal ease.

Serve as head of agency strategy and partnerships for the company

Develop strategic plan for agency program and target agency relationships

Drive the execution of agency relationships

Help develop policies and procedures for support agency relations that other company functions will then execute

Lead deal negotiations and agreement drafting efforts, with assistance from Counsel

Provide input to marketing and product management on agency partner-related needs that are not currently being addressed adequately

Interface with Partner Marketing Manager and Corporate Communications group to coordinate partner-relating marketing plans, press events and other marketing-related activities

BA/BS from top university; advanced degree (MBA or other relevant degree) preferred

Strong leadership skills to be able to bring structure to ambiguity and marshal internal company resources to support the company agency go-to-market plan

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage various elements of complex partner deals and relationships

10+ years of agency-relevant experience, some of the time serving in a business development capacity

Experience facilitating strategic planning and then successfully implementing plan recommendations

Proven ability to successfully multi-task, while paying attention to the details and posting tangible results

B2B SaaS company experience is a plus; Web 2.0 Vendor experience is preferred
