About the Role As a member of the Bizo Account Management team, the Manager of Client Services will have the primary responsibility of leading a team of account managers on a day-to-day basis, including developing account strategy, training, and maintaining consistent customer service with a focus on revenue generation. Additionally this role will include providing sales and account management support throughout the selling process, involving frequent direct interaction with agencies and advertisers.

The Manager of Client Services will: • Support a team of 3-6 Account Managers on various activities including optimizations, campaign strategy, targeting recommendations, reporting, technical implementation, client expectations, and mediation where necessary. • Take the strategic lead on both internal projects as well as with external accounts. • Develop tactics on a case-by-case basis, working with the account management, sales and ad ops teams to perform based on the client ’s goals. • Develop an expertise in optimization, and support account managers in their effort to maximize performance, while at the same time maintaining delivery and scale.

  • Be responsible for training and educating the account management team on all the specifics of the role and processes – in addition to the Bizo Products " Solutions. This will be done both directly and in concert with Bizo sales training resources, as such resources become available. • Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Account management to develop consistent processes for the account management team, and work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to develop resources based on client feedback. • Have a strong focus on revenue, and specifically focused on driving renewal rates and upsells.
  • Provide consistent reporting, both internally and externally, including pipeline and holistic account overviews, as well supporting AM with thorough periodic campaign reports to be provided externally to clients. • This role will likely be a “player/coach ” position to some extent, as there will be specific top accounts where the client services manager will act as the lead account manager on. Skills/Experience: • 2+ years of people management experience is an absolute requirement to be considered for this role • 3+ years of online advertising sales experience and proven ability to manage a pipeline is an absolute requirement to be considered for this role • Proven client services and/or sales track record measured by over achievement of targets, customer satisfaction and business results • Talent for thinking creatively and voicing substantiated opinions • Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and listening skills • Ability to work with technical resources to translate technical information for presentation to both • technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to communicate effectively at the highest executive levels within client organizations • Must be a highly organized, self-starter that can demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness • Strong individual contributor that requires little supervision. • Demonstrates a positive attitude and a zeal to win • Efficient with Salesforce.com, Ad Servers, Microsoft Office " Google Docs.
