We are currently seeking a Manager of Investment Research to join our corporate leadership team comprised of seasoned and respected industry professionals.

The Manager of Investment Research will report directly to the Chair of the Investment Committee and work closely with committee members within the areas of manager selection, due diligence and mutual fund performance reporting. The primary responsibilities of the role include: Identify and research prospective managers for the recommended funds list; to include interviewing and oversight of the due diligence process. Serve as the primary contact for prospective and current recommended fund managers Review and monitor existing managers on the recommended list. Conduct key fund and market research and disseminate this material at monthly investment committee meetings, quarterly meetings and via newsletters and research papers.

Attend industry conferences/events and share insights in areas of fund research, asset allocation and portfolio construction. Management responsibilities of the research team. Requirements: Preferred candidates will have a passion for investment research, strong analytical thinking skills, and prior experience identifying, vetting, and selecting fund managers. A Bachelor ’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related subject is required.

An MBA or other Master ’s degree is preferred. Professional designations such as the CFA are advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of investment industry experience is required and management or supervisory experience is a plus. Knowledge of Pertrac is also preferred.
