Job Description

This position is a combination of an Account Supervisor and a Project Manager with a focus on online loyalty marketing. This position oversees a team who are responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the production of clientsonline media campaigns within the Ebates network. Using proprietary web-based tools, the team manages the creative assembly, testing, launch and backend analysis of promotionalcampaigns. This position owns the responsibility to ensure that campaigns, promotions and new initiatives launch within the agreed-upon timelines, with the highest quality, while maintaining an excellent relationship withboththe client and business owners. This individual must demonstrate leadership, troubleshooting and analysis skills, andbe anexceptional communicator across allprofessional relationships.

Key Responsibilities of individual and team
Campaign Assembly and Deployment
Work with clients and internal teams to compile business requirements and campaign assets. Publish and maintain Google calendars with execution timelines and deliverables relating to all upcoming promotions and marketing events Work with internal support teams to test and verify campaign qualityand clarity of message. Understand and enforce adherence to build specifications and quality standards. Build and deploy online marketing based promotions through proprietary and third party tools. Campaign Analysis and Reporting
Work with stakeholders in planning, executionand monitoringcampaign performancethroughout the promotionlifecycle. Work withbusiness owners to define campaign milestones andsuccess metrics. Provide feedbackand suggest optimizations to ensure campaign goals and obligations are met. Business and Client Communications
Act as a primary client contact with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer support. Act as the liaison between Creative Services, Production, and Sales. Provide scheduled updates onpromotionstatus and related success metrics.


General Requirements
BA/BS degree 3 5yearsexperience working with clients or in a customer service related field.
Technical Requirements
High level of technical aptitude ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. Strong familiarity with Internet technologies and data driven web sites Working knowledge of ad servers, affiliate platforms and advertising networks a plus.
