The Manager of Student Records reports to the Director of Student Affairs. The Director of Student Affairs reports to the Campus Director. The Campus Director reports to the Regional Vice President.

The employee will leverage his/her experience in an operations/administrative capacity. Through assuming responsibility for scheduling and student records, the Campus Registrar will ensure the integrity and security of all student files.
Additional responsibilities include:
Oversee course scheduling and student records
Manage incoming transcript requests
Oversee student follow up with request for official transcript
Manage student information system infrastructure (term setup, satisfactory academic progress, grade changes)
Verify graduation audits and manage diploma issuance
Resource for Family Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) and ensure compliance at the campus level. Assist with training as necessary.
Perform program adjustments in the student information system
Facilitate student test out requests
Provide data for assessment of re-entering students
Audit a minimum of three quarters of upcoming graduates
Audit credentials earned process
Coordinate Nemitz Scholarship process
Manage Student Records Coordinators and Administrative and Work Study Staff
Assist with background check process
Monitor student leave of absence policies (medical leave, military leave, stop-outs, etc)
Oversee quarterly SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) process and ensure student academic records are accurate and complete.
Ensure accurate recording of grades and attendance
Provide an accurate and effective representation of Rasmussen through follow-up with prospective students, enrolled students, business community, and high school officials
Embody the spirit of Rasmussen’s vision, mission, and values in daily activities
Participate in campus, College and in-service meetings and retention programs
Develop collaborative relationships with Rasmussen employees and management
Participate in Rasmussen’s planning and growth by serving on special task forces, HLC committees, and other developmental committees
Implement and support policy and procedural changes
A Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institute is required
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Minimum of two years experience working in a fast paced, service focused setting, experience in an institution of higher learning preferred
Candidates must possesses strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and manage interruptions while delivering within tight deadlines
Prior management experience is preferred
