Direct Product Support
Provide manufacturing support on all product related problems including; Real-time troubleshooting and resolution of problems, root cause analysis, data analysis, on call assistance for second shift operations, and Outlier Identification / Trend report generation.
Indirect Product Support
Establish reporting metrics based on the review of high risk operations identified in the product failure mode effects and analysis documents for the product.
Tracking and reporting metrics monthly on A- Z yields, key trends of high risk operations, and CPK of critical parameters for products.
Identification of long term product improvements based on analysis of metrics and trends.
Participation in product improvement teams which would include data and analysis results from both daily support activities and product tracking as part the root cause analysis.
Work with suppliers to resolve identified problems with material based on team findings
Report on team findings and recommendations for product improvement
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
5 plus years’ experience with semiconductors
Medical industry experience is preferred.
