Responsibilities :
As Marine Contracts Manager,the incumbent will conduct the following key assurance processes and services:
Measure Operational and Safety performance of Vendors and vessels using established key performance indicators
Conduct vessel inspections utilizing the Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (OVID) template
Conduct Management Reviews and HSSE Audits of Marine Vendors
Conduct assurance processes for Support Vessels utilized by UA including Dynamic Positioning interface
Provide Maritime support to Logistics planners
Provide support and Leadership on Maritime issues related to offshore asset and terminal interfaces
Facilitate quarterly Marine Contract meetings with Marine Vendors
Lead weekly Safety Meetings of vessel crews and vendors
Provide support and advice in the event of a vessel or environmental incident
Participate in incident investigations and the implementation of corrective actions

Requirements :
Qualifications:
US Coast Guard License or Endorsement in Deck or Engine discipline is preferred
Demonstrable competency in conducting Upstream vessel inspections (including use of Offshore Vessel Inspection Database OVID), assurance processes and auditing will be a great advantage in this position
Recent applicable Upstream experience in the following areas would be an advantage, but applicable downstream experience will also be considered
Office-based involvement of daily maritime logistics issues
Operational (e.g. offshore supply vessels, anchor handling, seismic, diving support, Dynamic Positioning)
Previous exposure to the application of Shell Group Standards and Processes would be an advantage.
