Contractor will support N2/N6E3 Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Branch of the Information Dominance Directorate (N2/N6) to address MDA capability gaps in support of the Secretary of the Navy to meet requirements as the DoD Executive Agent for MDA (EAMDA). Work is broken down into the five following areas: (1) MDA Resources and Assessments, (2) MDA Strategy, Policy, and Capabilities Analysis, (3) MDA Information, Integration, and Implementation, (4) MDA Strategic Engagement and Communication and (5) Deliverables.
Bachelor's Degree minimum.
MDA related work within the past 3 years
Provide Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support.
Utilize financial databases (i.e. U.S. Navy's Program Budget Information System (PBIS) and Intranet Resource Allocation Planning System (iRAPS)).
Review existing program capabilities and requirements for completeness, accuracy and applicability.
Assist with the research, analysis, and development of Congressional Inquiry products.
Assist with the development and/or review of MDA and maritime security-related strategy, policies, guidance and capabilities, that enhance the execution of MDA operations.
