Work with the business owners to properly align business processes. Communicate with the business solutions/recommendations for all gaps. War Room Support: Provide a centralized communication channel between the war room and business community to manage issues and workarounds. Clean Ups: Perform data cleanup of migrated or converted customers as necessary resulting from new issues or a known cleanup. Known cleanups will result from any gaps identified prior to conversion.
Knowledgeable about Amdocs systems implementation for deployment planning
Experience in developing minute-by-minute cutover plans, backout, and contingency planning
War room setup and execution
Deployment process development
Coordination, organization, communication and facilitation skills
Amdocs release management and application knowledge to support operations/job gathering and conversion steps
