The Market Development Coordinator will support the development and drive the implementation of the Market Development and Product Launch Plans in collaboration with the Market Development Manager. The position will focus on market research, analysis, lead generation and events. The Market Development Coordinator will work with the Market Development Manager in identifying and building relationships with key targeted customers to understand their needs and ensure adoption at launch.
? Implement and manage logistics of all market research/feedback efforts, including surveys, interviews, advisory boards, comparative reviews, focus groups, beta tests and competitive landscape.
? Support in the analysis of data, development of reports and communication of findings.
? Maintain an extensive pipeline database of potential users for new products.
? Manage market research and market development for live and virtual events.
? Coordinate all event logistics, including venue, registration, travel, shipping, contact tracking, lead tracking and pre-event and post-event email campaigns.
? Support the marketing and product team in the execution of new processes, programs and other needs
Required Skills / Knowledge:
? Demonstrates exceptional communication, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
? Possesses a persuasive and entrepreneurial spirit
? Must be able to complete projects with little to no supervision
? Must be able to work in a fast paced, professional environment with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
? Experience using MS Office, particularly Excel
? Experience with online marketing platforms, Marketo, SalesForce, and/or customer analytics is a plus
Educational Background Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, Business or Technology
