The Market Development Manager is responsible for the Assuramed, Inc. value proposition to C-Suite, executive and leadership levels at a Home Health Agency. The goal is to secure Assuramed, Inc. products and services through all levels of a homecare agency.
Drive region and channel specific programs for Homecare Agencies internally and externally.
Act as the point person for corporate Home Health Agency communication.
Be accountable for and lead the channel company representative to execute sales strategies designed to grow revenue, gross profit and Net Patient count relative to the goal in the region, or account basket assigned for both Independence Medical and Edgepark Medical Supplies.
Collaborate with all levels of Independence Medical and Edgepark Medical Supplies, and as needed, to implement an account level, or corporate strategy.
Develop relationships with higher level contacts in both buying and non-buying accounts to drive an Assuramed, Inc. sales strategy.
Manage workload and balance between prospects, top accounts and all other opportunities.
Assist Independence Medical and Edgepark Medical Supply account managers in executing an Assuramed, Inc. value proposition.
Manage daily activity in CRM and log all customer interaction in all fields post call.
Provide constant communication with the team to help build the brand identity of the Assuramed, Inc. Homecare program.
Monthly independent or joint travel to high potential or top prospect accounts.
Develop a travel plan that is in accordance with Assuramed, Inc. travel policy.
Attend national, regional and local trade shows as appropriate.
Possess the ability to network effectively to maximize Assuramed, Inc. value proposition.
Possess the ability to understand and utilize any acumen related to Home Health Agencies.
