The BlueHornet Market Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calling to sell BlueHornet Solutions to new BlueHornet customers across the enterprise and SMB Spaces.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop the BlueHornet brand and grow sales lead generation.
Focus on acquiring new clients by actively engaging in the demand generation through outbound calls and handle a small volume of inbound calls
Take care of online web inquiries and organize sales/marketing defined campaigns
Identify new sales opportunities and create a business pipeline meeting agreed quota. Pipeline creation should consistently meet or exceed targets
Use systems and processes for the accurate tracking and reporting of contacts with customers, and individual customer needs and interests. Report and track all market development activities through the CRM system.
Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts.
Book sales appointments for SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales Representatives
Implement agreed action plan/s and forecast/s to ensure attainment of business objectives
Contribute individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and quality lead qualification
Demonstrate a professional, customer centric approach during all customer interactions
Participate in projects related to market development initiatives. This may include working closely with internal and external departments and partners.
Ensure BlueHornet’s marketing is addressing key industry issues.
Provide market intelligence for the business.

1 – 2+ Years of inside or outside sales
Requires a background that allows for broad thinking and high analytical and reasoning skills.
Experience in one of the following disciplines a plus: SaaS, email or digital marketing, search engine marketing, online advertising, or other related products and services
Experience working with and speaking to senior and executive management internally and externally.
Experience in building relationships, strong interpersonal, written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Some project management skills to effectively complete work objectives/projects on time and within budget
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and Outlook required. SFDC knowledge a plus.
Successful completion of a 4 year university degree, or equivalent.
