We are currently seeking Market Insight Analyst. As a member of the Market Insight team, this position will work with the Sales Directors to help develop the strategy to grow VIZIO’s E-Commerce presence, track online performance, and make recommendations to improve sell thru. In addition, they will work on projects with Product Development, Product Marketing, and other departments across the company.

Retail Account Management:
·Lead the collection and analysis of weekly internal and industry data and publish weekly reports, specific to the E-Commerce business
·Analyze internal reports to understand online performance at SKU-level; share findings with all members of account team and key stakeholders
·Evaluate performance and ROI of online promotions and merchandising and make recommendations for improvement
·Develop actionable recommendations by understanding technology trends to drive change and growth in business
·Create and share category-specific industry data to educate account team on market trends; utilize findings to shape sales strategy
·Other duties, as needed
General Market Insight:
·Work with Market Insight Manager to maintain and update a data library of presentation materials
·Manage monthly and quarterly updating of reports based on vendor data and develop insights
·Work directly with senior management across the organization to help provide insight in solving their business problems
·Use Powerpoint to convert data into presentations for senior management
·Aid in the management of vendors with emphasis on maximizing insights and controlling costs
·Other duties, as needed
Required Experience and Skills:
·Bachelor’s degree; top academic program preferred
·Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on strength in Excel and PowerPoint
·3-7 years of work experience preferably in consumer electronics and/or analytical position(s)
·Detail-oriented, possessing strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
·Strong organizational skills
·Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
·Self-starter with flexibility to meet challenging priorities while adhering to deadlines
·Experience in any of the following: marketing, market research, consumer electronics, reporting research results, or market segmentation preferred but not required.
