Research managers guide and inform all phases of qualitative and quantitative research projects, and are key drivers in growing existing and new client relationships. Responsibilities include:
Implementing global and domestic qualitative and quantitative market research projects:
Serving as project lead and collaborative team member
Projects typically support business decisions surrounding new product development, such as market demand, pricing, and segmentation
Managing all aspects of research:
Contributing to new project proposals and survey instrument design
Conducting interviews and surveys with physicians, patients, and/or managed care decision makers
Overseeing data collection process
Analyzing data, and developing and presenting high-value client deliverables
Working closely with internal team members:
Leading project teams
Training and managing Research Analysts

Record of academic excellence and work performance
BA/BS and relevant work experience; or,
Advanced degree (preferably in the sciences, healthcare, applied research, or business
Minimum of 5 years in qualitative or quantitative market research
Experience with survey methodology, statistical analysis and reporting, qualitative interviewing, group moderating, and in-person presentations
Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other aspects of the healthcare industry

Excellent oral and written communication and confident presentation skills
