Bilingual (Spanish/English) Market Research Manager
Location: Burbank, CA
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 base

Great market research opportunity for a researcher looking to enhance their custom market research experience. It is a blended role with some project management and responsibility of the analysis of custom marketing research projects and managing a programming and data processing team. Involved in taking studies from study objectives through completion, with a focus on setting up the studies & managing the project.
Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, comfortable writing and reading Spanish and English at college level
  • Survey based research experience
  • Ability to manage research projects
  • Some familiarity with advanced quant research methodologies (ie: concept testing, copy testing, segmentation, multivariate studies, etc.)
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work in a team with the supervision of senior team members
  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and getting the work finished on time and done right
  • Responsible for own work
  • Solid communication skills - both written & oral
  • Self-starter with pro-active approach. (Should take the initiative to continue learning more about market research & our clients' businesses.)
  • Problem solver, able to find ways to quickly and concisely resolve issues
  • Experience with a variety of research methodologies, such as on-line, phone and face-to-face
  • Must have 2+ years working in a research capacity at a Market Research firm, Ad Agency or research department of large company
  • Need knowledge of (or experience with):

o Developing surveys
o Questionnaire program checking
o Specking & checking tabs and computer tables useful

  • Report writing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of/exposure to quantitative research techniques
  • Need to understand an idea of sampling issues that could affect work
  • Bachelor’s Degree completed or higher.
