The Marketer is responsible for conducting market research and delivering marketing strategic plans. Will work
with the Marketing Director to help identify additional business opportunities and market segments.

Position will focus on expanding and improving our marketing, merchandising and sales efforts including;
planning, measuring, analyzing and reporting efforts.
Duties will also include exploration of partnerships that will enhance sponsoring and retention.
Integrated/multichannel marketing planning.
Marketing process and optimization.
Adaptive or agile approach to marketing.
Ability to work across organizations: aligning marketing with other internal stakeholders.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
1 – 4 years of Marketing experience.
Record of strategic and creative success in marketing.
A good understanding of marketing and strategy development.
Track record of delivering excellent results and project outcomes.
Experience in creating and implementing processes within matrix organizations to increase
efficiencies/simplifying ways of working.
Direct Selling industry experience a plus
While performing the duties of this job the employee must be able to sit continuously to perform essential job
functions throughout the entire shift. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods,
throughout the day. Requires interacting with others, interpreting spoken messages, constant keyboarding, sitting,
hearing and talking are required. The employee will occasionally stand and walk, and infrequent bending at the
waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on even surfaces, squeezing and crouching are also
required. Requires infrequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds.
