Thinique Weight Loss PT Marketer
Consult clients with advice and practical solutions for losing weight on the Thinique Medical Weight Loss Program. You will educate patients and provide them with all the needed information on how they can improve their lives by losing weight on our program.
Educational Qualification s & Minimum Skills Required
A high school diploma is required.
Commissioned sales experience and strong communication skills and a high level of empathy required.
A professional demeanor and cheery disposition.
You must be a reliable and hard working team player seeking to grow in your position with the company long term.
You must also have the ability to motivate and inspire others
2+ years of (recent) Inside Sales experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience making 50+ calls per day.
Experience with a short 24-72 hour sales cycle.
Intangible sales experience.
Must be a driven and self motivated sales professional.
Someone able to work 15 hours a week (part-time & flexible).
Responsibilities and duties
You must develop a solid understanding of the products, services and supplements and be able to educate the patient on them.
Offering support, advice and consulting to patients.
Communicating with the patients and determining and offering an individualized plan that is best for them.
Answering any concerns patients may have.
Basic mathematics skills are required in order to do calculations.
Advise clients about topics such as eating a healthy diet, developing an effective exercise regime and making healthy lifestyle choices.
Assist patients with advice and practical solutions for losing weight.
Celebrate patients success with them.
Use charts, pamphlets and educational materials to provide advice about specific lifestyle habits and options available to the patient.
Majority of the marketing position will be outside the clinic.
Go marketing to all businesses within 5-7 mile radius around clinic.
Explore all corporate Wellness opportunities in the area and let all local businesses know that Thinique accepts FSA & HSA.
Focus on companies with 50 or more employees.
With corporate wellness, focus on making contact with the manager/director of human resources and setup an appointment to meet and drop off a corporate wellness packet. However make sure to set an appointment to meet with this person to review the Thinique program and all Thinique has to offer.
Go marketing to other places such as daycare’s, dry cleaners, realtor, mortgage, doctors, schools, gyms, hair salons, automobile repair, police and fire departments, banks, and apartment complexes etc.
Compensation: Base ($1,000) + $20.00 Commission per New Patient
