The Marketing & Client Reference Specialist will be responsible for the development and implementation of customer relationship marketing programs as well as other marketing programs as assigned. This role will have equal focus on both the planning and strategy of initiatives plus operations and execution. The Marketing & Client Reference Specialist will collaborate cross functionally with other departments, including Client Services and Sales to coordinate programs.

Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to explore, develop and manage the strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization of client referral and retention programs
Design programs leveraging customer references and testimonies to support sales, advertising, public relations, lead generation and other marketing campaigns
Develop case studies and manage development of customer testimony videos
Use the reference management system to track and report reference use, maintain accurate information in the database and report program performance
Actively work with sales teams to fulfill reference requests with prompt and consistent delivery. Research the best reference match to the sales request, assist with sales & marketing initiatives and manage the reference pipeline.
Strategically evolve customer references, case studies and testimonies into marketing content, including: blogs, infographics, videos, white papers, eBooks, etc.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Client Services to identify customers for public relations and events opportunities
Maintain library of vertical and cross vertical customer quotes
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Client Services to adhere to proper reference request processes
Coordinate and host client reference webinars
Update website with relevant content
Assist in other marketing programs and initiatives as assigned
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
5+ years’ experience in customer relationship program management or applicable experience (marketing, customer service, client management)
Experience creating and executing innovative marketing strategy
Experience with customer engagement strategies
Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing and interviewing
Strong interpersonal skills
Superior organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Experience working as an integral member of a high performing team
