TTI is seeking to hire a Marketing and Communications Manager who will be responsible for developing marketing and advertising campaigns; clear and compelling sales tools and collateral; content for the company website and for brand and capability presentations ensuring the content is current, relevant and compelling to the TTI target audience.
Develop and maintain sales collateral and sales communications tools for TTI NDC. Includes content creation; creative direction to be included on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the Director.
Develop and update brand content for external company websites and micro sites. Ensure that content is current and compelling; work with internal IT department to implement marketing enhancements to the sites.
Create and edit content for marketing, advertising and promotional materials; such as ghost writing editorial on behalf of TTI executives and TTI subject matter experts
Develop TTI customer case studies and white papers; includes ideation and pitch to department Director, interviewing internal and external sources and copy creation.
Also, work with graphic design staff to integrate charts, graphs and other graphic elements to enhance these presentations
Assist Director of Marketing in: the direction of creative resources; facilitating project discovery and brainstorming sessions; market and competitive research as needed, development and implementation of sales support strategy.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, mass communications, marketing, business, advertising, or related field. Strong background and experience in business-to-business marketing communications. Knowledge of or experience with the electronic component industry a plus. Minimum of seven years experience in marketing communications, advertising, public relations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
Proven and extremely strong writing skills.
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
Resourcefulness in solving problems.
Graphic design skills a plus for use in creating PowerPoint presentations.
Must be a great communicator with excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly. Able to manage multiple projects, work in fast-paced environment serving multiple deadlines, demonstrate an eye towards anticipating the company’s needs, and be extremely detail-oriented.
Computer experience required, including but not limited to Microsoft Office. High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word required. Proficiency in Excel a plus. Basic Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign (or other desktop publishing software) experience a plus.
