PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.
The Market Sales and Marketing team is responsible for the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for the assigned geography.
Position/Program Requirements:Knowledge Preferred:
Extensive knowledge of Marketing and Sales to align strategically the Firm's priorities, execute and focus on positioning a distinctive brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm. Extensive knowledge to develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the geography.
Extensive experience to lead, in small markets and collaborate with the Market Sales Marketing Leader in the large markets, as well as work with the priority account teams to develop their, account planning, drive programs and build and/or maintain the long-term recurring and non-recurring revenue stream, which comprises 80% of the time in this role.
Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and develop the sales & marketing team, as well as the client engagement teams. Develop and manage the Client Drivers and client relationship executives in the local market.
