Jupiter, Florida and venture capital funded, Red Spot
was founded in 2007 by seasoned internet advertising
executives with over 30 years of combined experience
developing advertising and customer acquisition
technology for national advertisers like Orbitz,
Netflix, T-Mobile, The Hartford, Autobytel, and many
more. More than 300 elective health and consumer service
clients nationwide utilize its New Customer Acquisition
and Retention Marketing services. Our focus is the
integration of the entire marketing process; from
targeting consumers through digital and traditional
media, to lead management and conversion, to real time
exact revenue reporting on a per marketing campaign
basis. Our clients are able to see the results of all of
their marketing programs in one place, in real time.
Account Marketing Managers will have primary
responsibility for managing client marketing campaigns
and whose success will be measured on the success of
those campaigns. .The successful Marketing Account
Manager will deliver exceptional client service and
collaborate closely with the Red Spot Team to ensure
excellent service and support to drive retention and
growth. The Marketing Account Manager will also generate
referrals from existing customers and will strategize,
prepare and onboard new clients. Responsibilities also
include meeting regularly with team members to discuss
campaigns, resolving client issues and providing clear
and consistent verbal and written communication both
internally and externally. The Marketing Account Manager
will continually update his/her knowledge of online,
digital, and interactive marketing. Other

responsibilities include:
  • Client focused media buying
  • Manages website, social media, tv, radio, print,
ppc, and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage creative procurement and design process
  • Campaign analysis and optimization
  • Client and affiliate relationship management
  • Creating and evaluating return on investment reports
for clients and their campaigns
  • Directly responsible for client upsells and renewals
Job Requirements:
Position requires a Bachelor?s degree (B.?A.? or B.?S.?)
in Marketing; or equivalent combination of both
education and experience
  • Strong organizational, communication and
interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 5 years account management experience
  • Proven experience in quantitative analysis of
direct marketing results including strategic
recommendations for campaign optimization based on
quantitative results
  • Product development and project management
experience required
  • Client Relations Management experience
  • Experience with, project management
software, and MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power
