What you ’ll do: Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing. This might include putting together agendas, catering for team meetings, and department housekeeping. Manage the daily calendar and travel schedule of the Vice President of Marketing. Sometimes plans change in a moment ’s notice, so being flexible and understanding will be an essential component of this position ’s success!

Put together PowerPoint presentations that are of high quality (proof read and easy on the eyes). Manage a digital library of marketing documentation such as contract expiration dates and vendor lists. Provide project management for key marketing initiatives including new product launches, collateral development, and sample kits. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for executive presentation Compile, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes Assist with special projects as needed, such as assembling gift bags, packing shipments for large-scale events, minor kitting projects About you: You know when a process is needed – and not creating them for the sake of having a process.

You have a passion for bringing delight, optimism, and cleverness to everything you do, no matter the task. You are outgoing, collaborative, and dynamic. You have impeccable verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. You can think and react quickly (sometimes creatively) in unique situations requiring professionalism and composure.

You are calm to shift gears in a moment ’s notice! You are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member as needed You are discretionary with the information shared with you and have the ability to work in a highly confidential manner as required What you need to have: BS Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up/through skills. Intermediate/Advanced MS Office experience – Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Apple Keynote).

Ability to learn new software and other database systems quickly and with ease.
