Honda Performance Development
Responsibilities include planning, scheduling and coordinating the marketing functions of the commercial motorsports department as it relates to the grassroots racing segment. Market HPD products and services by developing and implementing campaigns using print, digital media and social media. Establishing industry relations that will further promote HPD’s parts and racing activities.
Requirements include a minimum of BS Degree (BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing or Business Administration or related areas is highly desirable). MBA or relevant formal education in business practices preferred. 7 years experience in an automotive/racing/manufacturing environment.
7 years of experience in establishing maintaining budgets, scheduling and managing projects preferred. Experience with market research analysis of consumer activity.
Must have excellent verbal, written communication and strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflict and work in a team environment under minimal supervision who can effectively work well under pressure in a diverse environment.
Weekends, travel and occasional overtime will be required.
