Key Accountabilities:
Core Marketing Analysis (70%)

Ownership of quarterly Segment Acquisition Channel profitability analysis

Assist in test plan development and value added program improvement recommendations.

Develop and work with Partnership Team to leverage customer data to drive strategic ways to expand the partnership and exploit program profitability

Partner with risk team to support underwriting, price optimization and overall expansion opportunities.

Work with core team to develop short term and long term test strategy.

Assess merchant discount rates, financing thresholds and financing durations for Retail partners

Tracking Initiative Performance (30%)

Track performance of initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an analytical / statistical discipline required (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative). Master's degree preferred

At least 4+ years of financial services experience with progressive responsibilities over that period preferred

SAS/SQL or related analytical coding expertise (prefer UNIX platform experience)

Hands on experience analyzing data and developing strategies

Familiarity with Same as Cash Financing Valuations and good understanding of a P&L

Strong analytical skills including financial modeling

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong communication skills
