Position Summary:
This position reports to the Director, Marketing Value Added Services with dotted-line accountability to the Marketing Manager, Partner Programs. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day support of and participation in the execution of the departmental marketing plans including the analysis and measurement of program results. This position will work cross-functionally with IT, Credit, Operations, Legal, and Marketing . This is an entry level position with the purpose of developing the employee to the level of Marketing Manager by developing the skills required to understand and manage a complex business resulting in the ability to develop marketing strategies that are both executable and in-line with corporate objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
Debt Cancellation program -

Analysis and forecasting of critical program and performance drivers

Monitoring of program and claims to drive enhancement strategies

Managing workflow for copy review with marketing channels, servicing, and legal

Monitoring results and working with call centers and service teams to improve processes

Testing system functionality with each release

Creating updated product and process documentation around program benefits

Maintaining and updating process documentation around program support and claims process

Participate in project implementations around this programs functionality, sales, and support representing this business line

Management of sale verification process and quality assurance

Partner Programs -

Participating in status update meetings with partners

Managing creative, planning, and execution of web and email banner marketing with partners and cross functional departments internally

Quality assurance and oversight for third party programs including listening to live calling sessions and evaluating recorded sales calls

Assist in a project role to assist in new program implementations and system testing

Reporting & Analysis

Use analysis tools to generate identify performance and program trends used by management to drive business decisions

Set up and monitor reports for key business KPIs

Develop dashboard monitoring for quality assurance and sales verification processes to communicate status to management

Proactively identify areas where opportunity for improvement exists; participate in planning and execution against those opportunities

Required Skills

4-year degree in marketing, business or related discipline

0 - 2 years experience

Ability to manage multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities

Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects

A team player with strong initiative, work ethic, and ability to work independently

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communication and writing skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience with Microsoft Office product (Excel and PowerPoint – Access a plus)
