Key Accountabilities:
Using SAS and SQL, create, write, execute and thoroughly validate database selections for multi-channel marketing campaigns and surveys.
Streamline and improve campaign select and reporting processes and procedures.
Use customer database and other sources of data to report, monitor and analyze critical business metrics.
Participate in updating, enhancing and testing the customer database as necessary to meet organizational needs.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics or other business related field and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in contact management, data analysis and reporting.
Intermediate SAS and MS Office skills required. SQL experience a plus but not required.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and successfully execute multiple projects, priorities and schedules simultaneously meeting all deadlines.
