Youmust be a hands on analyst who dives into the data, interprets it and turns it intoactionable insights & recommendationsfor clients.
Essential Functions/ What You Will be Doing
Design and conduct analyses in support of marketing initiatives (e.g. direct mail, online advertising/ media performance, email, mobile)
Provide program ROI & data-driven actionable insights
Develop KPIs and holistic dashboards for presentations to senior management team
Work with internal team to identify opportunities for optimization of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve program performance
Function as the business owner of the database and web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Omniture, DART, etc)
Develop test & measurement plans, conduct campaign analyses and prepare client presenatations
Weekly, monthly reports (Site Dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as fulfull ad hoc reporting and data requests
Development of dashboards for senior clients
Website behavior and customer experience analysis
Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Marketing
Agency experience is required.
5-8 years of professional experience in digital / direct marketing, advertising, or consulting.
Intellectually curious and a creative thinker
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment
Demonstrated time management and project management skills
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
