Our Marketing Analytics group is in need of detailed oriented person who can support our email marketing and web advertising campaigns. This includes the management and segmentation of email customer lists. Collect and Analyze Customer Response data from our Email and Loyalty Programs and provide reporting and analysis to the Digital Marketing Manager, including Deliveries / Opens / Clicks / Opt-Outs / Orders / Products / A-B Testing / Offer Testing, by customer segments. Web Advertising Analysis includes the ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources such as Adwords, Omniture and our order entry system, and provide complete analysis based off of product information, customer information and margin analysis. The Marketing Analyst position requires that you are proficient in Excel and Access, highly analytical, can handle large datasets, and that you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (for VTB and all sister companies):
I. Email Analysis – Support the Email Marketing Campaigns by management and segmentation of customer lists. Collect and Analyze Customer Response data from our Email and Loyalty Programs and provide reporting and analysis to the Digital Marketing Manager, including Deliveries / Opens / Clicks / Opt-Outs / Orders / Products / A-B Testing / Offer Testing, by customer segments.
II. Web Advertising Analysis – Support the Online Marketing Campaigns by providing the tracking of the data into our web packages and order entry system. Provide analysis on campaigns based of off allocated business methodology.
III. Data Integrity and Integration– Maintain data integrity of Email and Web Advertising campaigns within Avexxis and Omniture – Saint Table Classification. Ability to pull data from multiple sources for analytic purposes, including product information, customer information and website metrics.
IV. Perform other reporting and analysis related to media as needed.
V. Assist Marketing Analyst in creating and maintaining the daily Curve report during peak periods and on an ad hoc basis.
VI. Assist Marketing Analyst in maintaining the consistency of referral entering, editing, checking and changing through training and analysis during peak periods and on an ad hoc basis. This includes:
a. advertising field checking and communication of results with Call Center(s),
b. referrals and catalog keycode checking and changing,
c. referral editor checking and communication of results with referral editors,
d. organization of information for training of referral editors,
e. communication with referral editors as to changes and updates.
f. Auto-Edit table additions/deletions and efficiency.
g. Verifying additional fields in Avexxis are correct for all orders (Order Type, Order Taker, Reason, Promo, Referral 1 and Referral 2)
VII. Perform reporting and analysis, as needed, to support other areas of marketing department on an ad hoc basis.
VIII. Strive to increase efficiency of analysis and forecasting.
IX. Assist Marketing Analysis and Forecasting Manager in development, maintenance and adherence to departmental Action Plan on a year-round basis.
X. Responsible for Turn-the-Walls participation as required during Peak Periods.
XI. Follows all ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by VTB and the department.
XII. Adheres to VTB's inventory control procedures.
XIII. Assists with development, maintenance, dissemination and adherence to departmental Action Plans on a year-round basis.
XIV. Responsible for writing Peer Reviews and Management Assessments as requested.
Must have highly developed analytical and organizational skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. Will possess excellent follow-through and problem solving capabilities, ability to absorb new technology rapidly and understand business issues. Will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with relational databases essential.
Bachelors Degree and experience in marketing analysis and direct response preferred.
