Marketing Analytics and CRM Manager - Minneapolis, MNJob Purpose/Role
The Marketing Analytics and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager has responsibility for the development and integration of analytics processes across the Marketing division. They will work cross-functionally across the business to identify and deliver on opportunities to increase the use of customer and distribution data to improve business processes and results. This person is also responsible for the ongoing management and improvement of Allianz Life's Sales CRM infrastructure and development of the Team that supports these systems and the CRM users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics- Develop marketing analytics processes and capabilities including:
Ongoing analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities (campaigns, events, etc.) across multiple media and distribution channels
Identification and use of customer and distribution data to increase understanding of their needs, behaviors, and responses to marketing and sales efforts
Partnering with business leaders across the organization to integrate customer and distribution intelligence into their processes and drive business strategies
Development and maintenance of segmentation models for customers and multiple distribution channelsCRM Leadership and Change Management - Lead the ongoing CRM platform change efforts, developing a deep understanding of current CRM use across distribution and operations and identifying opportunities to improve technology to deliver improved user and customer experience across user groups
Project management - Lead cross-functional business projects that will deliver customer intelligence capabilities across the organization Manage and develop a high performing team including coaching, mentoring and formal career development plans
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Minimum Requirements:
4- 5 years experience required: Managing multiple databases, data mining applications and campaign management systems.
Four-year degree required: Degree in business, statistics, or other related field.Preferred:
Management experience
4 or more years of experience with CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Familiarity with statistical modeling / analytics and ability to translate findings into business insights
Advanced degree preferred: MBA or advanced degree in business or statistical analytics.
