Partner with business leaders to define new opportunities to drive revenue and profit while controlling credit risk. Serve as a quantitative expert and a business innovator. Provide an objective perspective. Lead predictive modeling projects to maximize return on marketing expenditures Apply quantitative methods to analyze customer data to support new initiatives and alternate channels. Define and implement appropriate methods to support objectives. Contribute to the innovation process: ideate for new opportunities, define risks and upside potential of opportunities, set up measurement plans, analyze program results, present findings and interpretation to business leaders. Contribute to the Decision Sciences team by being a leader in defining new methods, critiquing existing tools/models, defining game-changing initiatives. Define opportunities to revolutionize quantitative methods: customer segmentation, statistical modeling and testing. Identify opportunities to apply quantitative methods to better understand alternate channel programs and to define opportunities for business improvement.
