The AgilOne Marketing Analytics Account Manager is responsible for structuring, leading and executing detailed analyses of clients’ customer data and marketing activities. He or she also picks-up where the pre-sales team leaves off, and initially engages with new clients by orchestrating the implementation process. Once the new client is on-boarded, the manager is responsible for ensuring client stakeholders receive training and day-to-day service levels are met. Marketing Analytics Account managers also pro-actively manage client stakeholders and provide thought leadership to stretch clients’ marketing analytics methods and processes, ensuring that clients capture break-through value from AgilOne’s offering. The Manager performs these analyses utilizing AgilOne’s SaaS marketing platform with the goal of proving the platform’s value and furthering adoption within client organizations. In this role you will:
When necessary, support AgilOne’s Proof-of-Concept (POC) team, made up of Sales, Sales Engineers and technical resources as they work to execute complete the POC process at prospects interested in adopting AgilOne’s solution
Work with marketing, sales, IT, and operations resources at e-commerce companies, and other types of clients to develop a deep understanding of their marketing challenges and factors that are critical for the adoption of AgilOne’s SaaS marketing platform
Complete marketing analyses and develop logical recommendations that would provide significant value to AgilOne’s clients, at the time of presentation, and in the future
Working with AgilOne’s implementation team, ensure all client business logic is correctly implemented ensuring the resulting SaaS implementation meets client demands
Structure marketing analyses focused on using tools within AgilOne’s SaaS offering including capabilities for characterizing a client’s customer base, assessing customer life time value (LTV), and determining marketing efficiency by acquisition channel
Deliver conclusions from AgilOne’s predictive models including product-to-product and user-to-product recommendations, response and clustering models
Deliver best practices and process improvement recommendations to clients helping them evolve from a “Beginner” marketing analytics organization to an “Advanced” data driven marketing organization
Build client recommendations and best practices into cohesive, succinct presentations that build the case for marketing analytics adoption and the use of Agilone’s offerings
Help build professional services components into new sales contracts and increase revenue at existing clients by selling ad-on services designed to evolve clients’ marketing organizations
Drive continued use and adoption of AgilOne’s offering within existing accounts and work with the planned training organization to deliver training
Occasional ad-hoc troubleshooting and client support activities
Documentation client business requirements and critical success factors
Deep, strategic, data driven marketing insights and related presentation materials
Best practices and marketing process improvement recommendations, related presentation materials and delivery to client prospects and existing clients
Meet or exceed goals for client retention and upsells
B.A. or B.S. degree required
Degree in engineering, computer science, applied science, math or statistics or preferred
M.B.A. or other advanced degree preferred, 2+ years of total post M.B.A. experience
5+ years of experience including experience at a top-tier management or technology consulting firm, direct marketing service provider or marketing functional experience at a large B2C or B2B organization
Experience at a B2B Software or SaaS company a plus
Must be comfortable with ambiguity
Familiarity with database marketing, direct marketing and digital marketing tactics & technologies. Understanding of brand marketing tactics
Strong analytical skills, experience extracting valuable insights from large amounts of data
Exceptional presentation, communication, people management, mentoring and proactive client management skills
Autonomous self-starter with strong organizational and communications skills, and a sense of humor!
Basic finance knowledge
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other cloud-based office applications
