We are currently seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager
for our Pawtucket RI location.
The Manager will oversee routine reporting and analytics
across email, direct mail and online channels. The
analyst will also produce more complex or strategic
analyses and design reporting to be produced as part of
routine marketing promotion decision support. This role
will also assess the impact of offer performance and
pricing sensitivity based on seasonal fluctuations or
target audience composition.
Reporting Design
  • Translate marketing business questions into actionable
reports that enable business users to make decisions
based on key measures
  • Work with reporting vendor or junior analysts to
design routine campaign performance reporting
Marketing and Promotional Test Design
  • Recommend and implement best practice campaign or
promotion design to ensure marketing partners have a
consistent, disciplined test and learn strategy
  • Recommend statistically viable quantities to ensure
robust measurement
Insight, Recommendations and Advanced analyses
  • Synthesize large amounts of quantitative and
qualitative data into succinct, actionable
recommendations for all levels of management
  • Leverage research & analyses to drive strategic
direction, best practices and process improvements
for escorted tour marketing
  • Recommend key questions to be answered through
test/learn plans or ad hoc analyses that will drive
the business forward
  • Must have BA or BS, an MBA is preferred
  • 4 to 7 years’ combined experience in Online, direct
mail and email analytics
  • Hands on experience with SAS and SQL based analytic
and reporting tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, re-targeting
models and general online performance measurement
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving
skills. Must be very comfortable with data analysis
and able to use data to make decisions in direct
mail, email, SEO/SEM and ODA applications
  • Able to digest and quickly apply database marketing
techniques such as response modeling, control based
measurement and A/B testing to market measurement
and analyses
  • Demonstrated understanding of statistical methods
for marketing measurement
  • Demonstrated experience designing reporting and
metrics to effectively measure campaign performance
across all one to one marketing channels
  • Good project management skills; able to juggle
multiple priorities in fast paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities
  • Desire and ability to mentor junior team members
