What you ’ll do: Build data-driven predictive models for customer segmentation, product affinity and campaign optimization. Build higher-level business insight on cause-and-effect, and measure/forecast progress of various efforts against goals Present insights and recommendations for action to marketing by creating dashboards that explain what happened and why. Actively collaborate to apply learning to other campaigns and initiatives. Create insightful automated dashboards and data visualizations to track key business metrics.

Regularly execute a thorough analysis of various user actions on Speck ’s global web and mobile properties with the goal of identifying trends and patterns. Make recommendations to improve user experience and conversion. Develop and conduct segmentation schemes, A/B and multivariate testing plans for UI and feature improvements. Analyze results and provide actionable insights that feed back into the product roadmap.

Provide data to determine and measure effectiveness of onsite marketing and merchandising programs Develop ad hoc data monitoring and research projects as needed for the team and its business partners in the organization Support marketing with the development of onsite and email surveys Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop ways to measure the success of digital initiatives Support financial and business planning cycles in partnership with the Sr. Ecommerce Director Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and leverage opportunities to optimize campaigns and web strategies About You: You are highly driven, results-oriented, creative and nimble problem solver who uses technical data analytics skills and a willingness to do “whatever it takes ” to deliver business value quickly You have a unique blend of high technical aptitude and strong business acumen. You have the ability to think creatively, identify and solve problems through data analysis. (And you can talk in non-eCommerce language to get the people around you to understand what the data saying.) You are an innovative thinker capable of operating both in a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious) as well as a strategic capacity (asks quotwhyquot) Insatiable curiosity with demonstrated initiative in identifying issues and proactive solutions You enjoy working and reacting quickly, in a fast-paced environment You have a passion for the online marketing space with a solid understanding of interactive marketing channels (search, online media, website development, etc.) and brand marketing principles Your Professional Profile 5+ years experience in Web Analytics, Conversion Optimization or related field in Online Marketing Demonstrated experience driving measurable sales results through customer marketing efforts in an e-commerce environment Proven analytical skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings clearly and concisely Experience with web analytics platform: Google Analytics, Marin Software, SiteCatalyst Experience with ecommerce sites run on the Magento Commerce platform Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple balls, organize " prioritize .
