This position is located in Southfield, Michigan and is primarily responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and support of marketing applications, including Radius, AlixPartners' Customer Relationship Management platform, which is integrated with LexisNexis' Interaction CRM platform. Work closely with the Marketing Team, internal Admin Support staff and development team to provide technical support to solve business problems, ensuring that the business has the entirety of its technology needs met. This will include resolving application integration issues, and planning for the selection and implementation of new technologies to service customer base. Work with internal customers to identify specific user requirements and determine system needs to assure project deliveries meet customer expectations. Meet with customers to assess needs and determine business requirements. Document current and desired processes. Participate in determining process solutions. Create functional specifications for delivering customer solutions. Provide program and project management oversight. Develop project work plans and schedule/monitor progress against milestones and deliveries. Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders on project status and issues. Create feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses and quality standards. Participate in the design and development of applications based on requirements. Assist in defining the approach for solution development. Design systems specifications, modules and process changes. Work with development team to deliver solutions. Develop test plans and conduct testing to assure quality products are delivered. Responsible for developing test plans. Participate in user testing. Resolve bugs and issues with business and development teams. Participate in the implementation and transition of project outcomes to the appropriate area(s) to assure ongoing support and acceptance by business. Responsible for documentation for systems developed or modified. Work with the project team to develop and conduct user and support training. Direct and participate in project close out and lesson learned activities. Support, maintain and enhance existing business applications to assure their availability, reliability and performance. Provide Level 2 support for the service desk function. Troubleshoot and resolve application and data problems. Manage vendor and user requested enhancements and/or patches. Apply appropriate upgrades. Maintain system documentation. Provide expert level guidance to business to enhance overall utilization, availability, reliability and performance of marketing applications. Develop overall maintenance and upgrade plans for marketing applications. Identify opportunities for improved and/or expanded utilization of existing business applications and processes. Implement improvements through effective leadership and engagement of others. Maintain current knowledge of supplier's strategic roadmap for the application and its enhancement/upgrade plan.This position is located in Southfield, Michigan and supports the IMS eDiscovery business unit, via the Southfield Data Center Operations (DCO) team. This position is a key member of the DCO team and is responsible for the support and operation of the various DCO services and operations. Please note that this position may be a contract hire. Paid relocation is not available for this position. This is not a Server Engineer position.
Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study.

Experience:
8 years of experience in the job offered or in a related computer marketing application analysis position. Experience must analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and supporting market data analytic software applications and solutions. Must also have at least 2 years of marketing analysis related professional managerial consulting firm experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of experience, employer will accept an MBA plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related computer marketing application analysis position. Experience can be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
