Marketing Assistant for Skincare within the North America Marketing will be responsible for the following:
A comprehensive understanding of internal and external cosmetics business performance including competition.
Supporting the new product development process by leading a cross-functional team and tracking the product development in an internal system.
The implementation of the global strategy as relevant in the local North American market based on consumer insight.
0-2 years of work experience in related field
Prior beauty or marketing experience is an asset
Solid analytic skills - very comfortable with systems and use of quantitative data.
Candidate must demonstrate the following: Project Leadership with a team - in any context (college, prior work experience etc), initiative and follow through, use of data/analysis to solve a business challenge
Communicates effectively and with confidence
