Dewberry Engineers, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Assistant in their New York City office. The candidate will work directly for the Marketing Manager and responsibilities will include preparation of promotional packages, proposals and presentations and maintenance of collateral materials and data base information for the NYC office. The position supports the Marketing Manager with a variety of administrative skills to meet the sales, marketing, communication, and business systems goals of the firm and requires a range of practical and people skills, as well as knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years marketing experience.
Organized and detail oriented.
Strong time management skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of graphic design.
Able to multitask and work on multiple deadlines.
Team-player attitude, assists others, flexible and takes initiative.
Able to work under pressure and work overtime as required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and InDesign. Familiarity with Deltek Vision a plus.
