Marketing Assistant will be the key contact between departments to ensure all Chain
specific promotions and launches are done effectively and on time. Will also be
responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing Department.
Responsibilities: Manage timelines and
communications between divisions for Chain promotions and launches. Work with the Marketing
department and Chain teams to develop exclusive Chain promotions. Establish and maintain
relationships with distributors, suppliers and vendors. Develop and manage Chain
specific artwork for Graphics. Create the Bill of Materials
for Chain promotions and work with Production department to ensure promotions
are shipped on time. Update Chain sales team on the
status of promotions and launches so they have accurate information for
their accounts. Coordinate creating and mailing
of mock ups and samples to Chain accounts. Assist in researching industry trends
for new product development. Aid in the idea and design of
new ideas for product development. Provide basic administrative
support for the department. Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience: High school degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in
marketing consumer and/or professional products. Knowledge of Microsoft Office,
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
