Completes marketing projects as assigned by Marketing Manager or Director; communicates with field personnel on marketing-related issues such as distribution of marketing materials, online registration, provider directory information, trade show planning, Intranet (HAN) publishing, etc; participates in cross-functional work groups as appropriate; coordinates marketing vendor relationships and project budgets to ensure product quality, best price and timely delivery.
Seeks to support Humana Military objectives in the areas of excellence, trust, and championing the customer.
Assists Marketing Manager with new and revised print marketing projects; identifies appropriate vendors, works with Corporate Procurement on the development of purchasing documentation. Oversees project timelines, product proofs, delivery and distribution of materials and materials inventory.
upports specific marketing projects, including weekly provider listing design and production, direct
mail initiatives, and design of select collateral materials.
Organizes all aspects of conference/trade show planning: setup, shipping, invoicing, specialty items, advertising, coordination with onsite staff.
Participates in cross-functional teams to assist in development of identified marketing initiatives; b
uilds and maintains relationships with field TSC offices and Humana Military associates; distributes marketing materials to TSCs and MTFs; works as a partner to identify opportunities and develop solutions to problems.
Solicits feedback from the field and enthusiastically offers to solve problems when appropriate.
Designs and edits HAN pages; posts product revisions, newsletter/bulletin mailing data and other direct mail projects on HAN.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR or business
- One to two years experience in coordinating marketing projects in a corporateion or ad agency
- You will report to a Marketing Creative Developer. This area is under the leadership of the SVP and Chief Marketing Officer.
