Marketing Assistant actively supports the marketing team in the execution of Mon Health Systems’ strategic communications plan, including paid, earned and owned media. Administrative duties include maintaining clip file; fielding telephone and email inquiries; event planning; liaising with all health system departments; creating and tracking purchase orders, and check requests. Marketing Assistant also assists with photography, writing, maintaining web and social media presence, and video editing.

Position Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement : Technical or Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement : Three years previous administrative work experience, preferably in a marketing/communications capacity. Bachelor’s degree with a related internship will also be considered in lieu of work experience.

Minimum License Requirement : Valid Driver's License.
