The Marketing Assistant position requires the handling of various responsibilities and tasks within the marketing department. These responsibilities include effective market research, market planning, advertising, and working under marketing heads to make various campaigns a grand success. The Marketing Assistant not only looks after various marketing activities, but also plans effectively to ensure success of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, have a great attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and results driven work environment. The right professional will be able to work on their own, take direction correctly, and have positive problem solving skills. This is considered entry-level role with the opportunity of advancement into various marketing management positions.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
Strong grammatical, writing and communication skills
Ability and desire to create and/or learn new tasks
Acute attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must possess self-confidence and embraces challenge, takes initiative and be highly motivated, creative and energetic
Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
