Responsible for creating marketing communications in various media, which reflect the brand and position the organization competitively. This employee manages marketing, public relations and communications projects to support all programs for the company, its departments and its client partners. Manages, maintains, and modifies Internet-based documents and websites, and prepares artwork for printing and other uses.
Creates program descriptions, merchant agreements, supporting documentation/forms and graphics/logos for print and online use for product launches.
Writes and distributes press releases.
Redesigns all existing documentation to comply with Sage branding guidelines. Coordinates with Sales to ensure all presentations utilize correct branding elements including fonts, color palettes, and photography.
Creates ads for print publications, online publications, and special events including copy writing, graphic design and photography.
Creates internal documents and forms to comply with departmental requirements; revises documents as needed to keep current.
Provides support for VIP or assigned Clients. Assists with product launches for VIP , creating any custom documentation needed. Brands existing documents with custom client information and logos. Creates/revises documents to meet client needs and specifications. Maintains custom client documents, creates custom client websites, and uploads/distributes custom documents.
Creates all collateral to meet professional printing specifications. Negotiates pricing with vendors and manages print production timelines. Coordinates special printing projects, maintains purchasing/billing records, and coordinates inventory/stock with Shipping Dept. to maintain proper supplies
Maintain web sites (GETI and private label). Uploads, maintains, and distributes documents to database to maintain sites. Manages custom website creation procedures, custom and general documents, and proper link navigation.
Creates newsletter and special announcements, manages contact lists, schedules and distribute email blasts. Supplies hard copy to mailing company for statements.
Orders engravings/ trophies for Employee of the Month awards, picks up items, and mounts nameplate on plaque. Maintains billing information.
Researches and purchases tradeshow giveaway items; manages inventory and maintains billing information also coordinates and manages/coordinates all tradeshow travel for GETI personnel .
Bachelor’s degree preferred but marketing experience can be substituted

Advanced knowledge of graphic design, page layout, writing and marketing.
Skills to create page layouts, email communications and design graphics using a broad array of software including: Microsoft Office, Quark Xpress, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
Skills to produce documents and collateral on demand, with short deadlines, exceeding standards.
Ability to create advertising and marketing pieces for a variety of markets.
Advanced knowledge of print industry and practices preferred.
Ability to coordinate wide ranging projects involving multiple departments and resources.
Ability to communicate effectively with other departments, outside vendors, and clients.
Ability to understand internet technology as it relates to communications, document distribution and the end user’s capabilities.
Experience in financial industry preferred.
