VIP is looking for a creative, organized and professional individual to join the Marketing Department as their new Marketing Assistant. This full-time position will be located at the VIP headquarters in Folsom, CA.
The Marketing Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to support the Marketing Team with coordinating VIP’s events and other activities including but not limited to the following:
Administrative tasks such as shipping, ordering, copying, faxing, and document management Marketing research Writing and formatting marketing and sales support materials Brand compliance Responsible for compiling and updating a master client list Website maintenance projects · Marketing lead database cleansing and augmentation
Additional duties and responsibilities include sales group email updates, incoming website emails monitoring (and possibly sales number) and non-collateral related Marketing SharePoint site updates
- Assisting with promotional material management
- Collateral and presentation asset management
- Coordination of the client satisfaction survey program
- Marketing generated lead management
- Assisting with sale team partner education
Ability to work independently with limited oversight Driven and creative Organized and excellent communication skills Strong project management and planning skills with a ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks and projects Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, journalism, communications or an equivalent combination of skills No Visa sponsorships available
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proficient in LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
