The basics:

  • Full time, permanent position with a rockin' Bozeman vacation rental business.
  • You should have a strong marketing, web, SEM, SEO and social media background and be able to think creatively about how to promote business.
  • Seeking a candidate who's not too proud to start off as support staff but who will quickly move up to being a strong do-everything player in our fast-paced, award winning, sales and customer service tourism business!
  • Starter office duties include data entry of inquiries and reservations, answering telephones, making phone calls to guests and vendors, updating website information, and more.
  • Position open immediately
  • Pay is DOE
  • Benefits include paid vacation, SIMPLE IRA & health insurance.

The requirements:

  • Stellar customer service skills and an ability to communicate well with a wide demographic of clientele,
  • Excellent writing and key boarding skills,
  • Comfort working in a fast paced office environment,
  • Outgoing, organized self-starter personality,
  • Enthusiasm about handling the wide variety of tasks that keep an office running smoothly,
  • Willingness to handle various and ever-changing projects,
  • Proficiency with all standard business computer programs,
  • Big pluses include: photo editing skills, bookkeeping experience, tourism experience, deep knowledge of the southwest Montana region.
