Contracts management
  • Create and issue contract for new business
  • Ensure all existing contracts are renewed (information to be sent out promptly and enquiries follow up).
  • handling all correspondence liaising prospects and clients
  • Update and maintain “clean data” into Deltek (CRM tool)
  • Compile monthly report on contract expiration & contract to be renewed
  • Assist key account manager in preparing contract review
Tender management
  • Bid identification through web services and other internal communication tools
  • Prepares bid submittals (general presentation, pricing…)
  • The records of the tender and follow up have to be kept in Deltek (CRM Tool)
  • Assisting with the copy writing of marketing materials
  • Handling sales phone calls and e-mails
  • E-mailing campaign
  • Competitor watch (internet benchmarking)
  • Internal newsletter coordination with other Bureau Veritas division
  • Market analysis
  • Pricing tool update
  • Complete vendor profiles
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal, with an exhibited high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including articulate and professional telephone manner
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative abilities, and wa to contribute ideas
  • Strong sense of initiative and desire to contribute new ideas
  • Demostrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and execute to deadlines

IT/IS Skills:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, document and database software (MS Office, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat). Knowledge and use of CRM and ERP systems (Deltek, Oracle, etc.) and Lotus Notes desired.
Required Experience Education/ Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar drgree, and 2 or more years experience in a marketing support and/ or contract management role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in an engineering, consulting or services firm preferred.
