This position will assist with the development and implementation of long- and short-term strategies, marketing plans, new products and programs, advertising and sales programs in order to achieve corporate profit, sales and market share objectives.

Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop the annual marketing plan and manage day-to-day progress of the marketing plan execution

Contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies and plans for new or existing products and programs; manage timeline and the implementation of projects across multiple departments

Assist in developing, coordinating and executing marketing programs to increase leads and/or sales; manage timeline and sign-off process to ensure all deadlines are met; evaluate post implementation performance and propose recommendations for improvement

Manage Marketing promotions and discount programs, mailings, advertising, and surveys

Produce monthly reports, including promotion tracking, sales analysis (source, state), events/shows, and website reviews; assist in updating and tracking the budget

Conduct competitive analysis, including competitors’ activities, services and pricing; request competitors’ marketing materials; maintain historical pricing data on the organization and its competitors and market intelligence database

Monitor and analyze the brands’ performance and competitive environment and, as appropriate, recommend actions to address opportunities and risks

Assist in managing partner and vendor relationships

Manage website updates and revisions, including functionality changes, copy updates, and links from other websites; suggest design and functionality improvements

Assist with development of sales collateral material and marketing support materials; coordinate quarterly Marketing updates for telephone on-hold messages (English & Spanish)

Perform qualitative research and quantitative analysis to support business development; conduct data analysis to identify revenue-enhancing (or cost reduction) strategies

Other duties and projects as required

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of three years’ related experience in a marketing environment, including product/service development, marketing and advertising programs implementation, market research and analysis and online marketing

Ability to manage projects, deadlines and multiple priorities with a high degree of independence

Excellent organizational skills to facilitate the coordination and completion of multiple and varied projects

Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and work in a highly collaborative environment

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Strong consumer orientation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to travel

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
