We're in the business of helping website managers answer: "WHY are people leaving my website without buying?” We do that by recording videos of people "thinking aloud" while using a website or app, so you can quickly see why they get stuck and frustrated. We’ve rapidly become part of the website improvement process for many companies, such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, Walmart, LinkedIn, Apple, and Twitter.

We’re looking for an analytical, hard-working Marketing Automation Manager to help us continue our rapid growth!

The Role:

As the Marketing Automation Manager you’ll be the member of our marketing team responsible for implementing and analyzing all of our campaigns in Marketo. You will:
- Be the Marketo power-user for the marketing team
- Build, manage and maintain reports to track the ROI of every campaign
- Develop quantitative analysis and ad hoc reports to support decision making
- Develop and execute advanced, multi-touch nurture campaigns using Marketo
- Serve as a resident marketing automation expert, keeping up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Our ideal candidate:

- A Marketo and Salesforce expert with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Bonus points for:
- Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools
- Basic experience with HTML and CSS
