Appcelerator is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, manage and improve our lead generation and nurturing programs. If you have a passion for enabling next-generation demand generation programs utilizing Marketing Automation, CRM, and other Enterprise software solutions, then this is a perfect role for you. We’re looking for high energy, data-driven, and creative marketing talent that is excited by the idea of constantly rethinking and reinventing how marketing can be done.
Manage marketing & sales automation technologies, including Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce.com and other marketing technologies.
Identify and refine lead scoring rules to prioritize sales efforts on the hottest leads and opportunities.
Gather feedback about leads from the sales team and provide input to the marketing team to improve marketing campaigns, lead quality and lead volumes.
Architect and lead continuous improvement of interconnected marketing & sales processes in support of demand generation and sales pipeline development.
Identify, track and report on relevant business metrics on forecasted and actual demand generation and sales pipeline.
Executing, integrating, maintaining, reporting and optimizing marketing automation programs designed to capture, nurture and convert prospects.
Implement automation for marketing campaigns and programs
Daily analytics reporting on lead flows, campaign performance, and lead to revenue conversion metrics
Provide expertise and best practices in implementing nurturing programs utilizing Marketo, Eloqua and other data sources
Minimum of 2-3 years work experience administering Marketing Automation (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo)
Two years experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com) preferred
Marketo/ Eloqua Certification or training a major plus
Salesforce.com certification a major plus
Experience working with Wordpress is a plus
Exceptional proficiency at learning complex software solutions
Understanding and experience in B2B lead to sales process and buying stages with a process-based approach to lead management
Metrics driven and results oriented with demonstrated analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines
Excellent team player with strong project management and communication skills
Business Analyst experience a plus
BA/BS degree required
