The Marketing Automation Specialist, under the direction of the Director of Marketing, plans, initiates and implements ongoing, various activities to support the firm’s existing marketing plan as it relates to marketing automation. The marketing specialist will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting and analytics of all lead nurturing programs and management of the company’s CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing automation solution, Pardot, and become company subject matter expert and thoroughly understand product features, functions and benefits while being able to share with all levels of organization and clients
  • Develop and execute all Dodge marketing Pardot campaigns, assisting on Pardot client projects as needed and developing a “best practices” Pardot guide
  • Manage Dodge CRM system and keep updated with new prospects and current marketing lists and configure and manage all marketing to sales lead data handoffs, data updating processes and monitoring
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting
  • Coordinate and execute email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurture programs and social media channels and outreach
  • Monitor, analyze and report on marketing campaign performance
  • Produce marketing reports that measure website, landing pages, social media and demand generation activity over time and track progress against goals
  • Help create and maintain high quality lists for programs including handling list segmentation, merges and bounce backs
  • Continual development of marketing automation education and participation in online communities to expand learning opportunities and provide recommendations to improve campaigns and performance
  • Work with each stakeholder on the marketing team to execute additional marketing projects and complete tasks as needed
  • Prioritize own work to meet multiple deadlines
  • Travel to meet with selected vendors
  • Record time worked on a daily basis
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of previous B2B and marketing experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience or training)
  • 1 – 2 years of previous experience working with a marketing automation and CRM system
  • Ability to understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
  • Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with industry best practices (inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.)
  • Independent, take charge, self-starter who is organized and flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of current social media platforms
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
