- Provide day-to-day Eloqua system maintenance and configuration, as well as act as the second level for system support
- Technical design, configuration, implementation, and customization of Eloqua programs and campaigns
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing and sales) to implement automation for marketing campaigns and programs
- Configure and deploy new marketing automation programs and integrate them with CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Knowledgeable in, and should be able to configure Eloqua Cloud Connectors and App Cloud Tools
- Collaborate with sales systems group on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead creation system and integration
- Advise on best practices on the Eloqua Marketing Automation system, including capabilities, asset creation, quality assurance, batch processing, and projected results
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and support skills
- Strong organizational and workflow skills are a must.
- 2+ years of solid Internet marketing automation experience including:
- Knowledge of Eloqua or equivalent marketing automation software - (Eloqua certification is definitely a plus.)
- Experience with Eloqua and Salesforce integration a plus
- Experience setting up, troubleshooting and optimizing automated programs.
- Attention to detail and effective time management are critical. Individuals are expected to manage own workload to meet tight deadlines and provide excellent service levels.
- 2+ years relevant marketing operations experience including 2+ yrs as an Eloqua Admin.
- Programming experience a huge plus.
- Portfolio of successful automation programs, dashboards and models.
- CRM (SalesForce.com) - high level skills required.
- College degree in marketing or equivalent experience. MBA a plus
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - high level skills required.
- Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
