Convert new sign-ups to verified sign ups and verified sign ups into paying customers
Assist in newsletter creation, QA and launch process
Provide execution for the team responsible for conversion and retention
Write, edit, test and send out promotional email marketing campaigns
Develop copy and execute creative concepts for email marketing, splash and launch pages and website messaging
Work with your team to manage the communications calendar to ensure we do not over or under communicate to customer base
Oversee customer queries and list pulls as needed for marketing programs
Analyze, track and report on marketing performance to optimize metrics, make recommendations and develop segmentation plans to better target marketing initiatives
Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM and privacy best practices as pertains to email
Advise, create and manage regular schedule for Splash Page updates
QA and test marketing initiatives for accuracy and compatibility with web browsers and email clients
Work with other departments on conceptualizing and executing new email campaigns, splash pages and other marketing programs
Provide new ideas on an on-going basis to evolve and improve the automation process
Assist webinars and demos as needed
Attend industry events as needed
Help administer Marketo database

BA in whatever subject you found fascinating in college
1-2 years of business experience; marketing exp a plus
Email marketing best practices knowledge and knowledge of email marketing success metrics a plus
Strong writing and creative ability (tell us all about your blog and include a link)
Strong attention to detail
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with SFDC, marketing automation, or enterprise email platforms a huge plus – please make sure to highlight this
Ability to aggregate and analyze data using Excel to make predictions that will guide decisions
Highly motivated, takes initiative, and able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfort level dealing with all levels in the organization from support to CEO
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility, and enthusiasm
Comfortable with public speaking
Comfortable with social media
Ability to travel as needed
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
